Installing Win98 on existing NT4 Workst.

I have NT4(service pack 5)Workstation running on my PC. I would like to create a dual boot with Win98 without damaging the existing NT installation. The drive is currently partitioned as follows:
C: 2GB FAT
D: 4GB NTFS
Please help!! I want to get this done as painlessly as possible!!
