Installing XP

Hi, I’m putting together a new comp:KG7-raid Mobo, 512 DDR ram,NEW 40 gig HD, when i try to install XP it keeps giving me a “Manifest Parse Error:Invalid at the top level of the document” error message. Any feedback is welcome.
