Intel d815eea2 and celeron chips

I brougth a intel d815eea2 motherboard and a intel celeron 900 chip installed and begin to load os, halfway through install it begin not to copy certain files. Ok I start over halfway can’t copy certain files but difference ones this time. Changed all peripheral same thing, upgraded bios no difference. What am I missing. hope someone can help. Christian
