Intel VC820 High Memory Device?

I have an unknown device at FFB00000-FFBFFFFF and FFF00000-FFFFFFFF. Everything works fine. I can not find what this device is or where the drivers are. I have tried everything that does not work already. HP doesn’t know either.

Can any one tell me the name of the device and where the drivers are located on the Internet. This would probaly need to come from someone that has a VC820 motherboard or an HP 1G.
