Interactive Video

If I used a camcorder to create a video of the inside of our house and and captured that video into my computer,what software can I use so I can navigate that video using my mouse? Supposing I would like to go to the kitchen from the living room using my
mouse ,like an interactive video.Any advise would be appreciated.
