Internal error message 2755.1631

I am attempting to install pcAnywhere on my windows nt 40 sp6a workstation, but everytime I receive this Windows Installer Error Message: Internal error 2755.1631, C:\temp\1xp000.tmp\instmsi.msi. What does this mean and how do I correct it?
