I am trying to access www.microsoft.com. Impossible to achieve. I delete www, and try microsoft.com and it works. Now, there are many instances(such as NetMeeting)where I cannot get rid of the www, and thus I get an error. Microsoft couldn’t care less. You call them and they ignore you, or they want to charge you to answer this questions about their website. I think that is ridiculous. Can you help?
