Internet Access through a LAN

I have a LAN set up with 2 computers through a DSL router. 1 of the computers cannot access the internet through the router, but can access the net if plugged directly to the DSL modem. What are some possible settings (other than LAN properties and Internet Explorer properties) that I may have overlooked do I need to check in order to fix this problem??
