We have Microsoft Back Office Sml Business Server 4.5 on our network server. We use a Entree webramp with a deticated ISDN connetion.
We recently changed our Internet service provider and have had problems staying connected to the Internet.
I checked with the phone company on the line to check if there is a duration problem. After two days of testing and no problems I was able to eliminate that variable.
I then tried pinging the webramp. The first was a ping to our Network webramp, Ireceived all replies back. When pinging to the IP address for the new Internet company I received 3 out of 4 packets. The first two replies came back all right but third came back as timed out and the fourth passed the test.
The webramp company is out until after New Year’s and I have 25 very teed off people right now.
Can anyone PLEASE help….
