Internet Connection Sharing

Hi,
I have just set a network running Windows 2000 Server Active Directory, and 9 workstations runing windows 2000 pro. I am try to connect them to the internet using internet connection share, dial on demand. I have set the server to use IP 192.168.0.1 and the worstation to obtain auto IP Address. This does not seem to work have you got had hand out that will explain what I need to do in this case. My ISP is BT useing ISDN.
