Internet Explorer 4.01

I have a “cleanIE” utility that is not good
in removing IE 4.01. Need to reinstall IE for compatibility with some other software.
Anybody know about a ulility that will wipe
IE including registry entries,DLL’s drivers
and all other files? Perhaps it doesn’t
exist, but I need to ask.
