Internet Images does not show up

My PC internet does not show interent images after I talked to the tech support to fix Arserve 7.0 backup problem. I only updated the novell client and I did not do anything else. Also there was a change in regedit but I dont think it should affect my internet images. I noticed my background picture did not show up after updateing the novell client 4.8. Thanks
