Internet Javascript Problem (PLS HELP!)

I Can Access Like Every Web Site But The One That Use A Java Interface Likw Bankwest,(For Banking Online) And Google And Also Webattack But When I Move My Mouse Over the icon that says log on to personal banking at bank west it says

javascript:ChangeOnlineActionType(‘LOGON’);

Pls Help Quick! Walter!
