Internet lan connection problem

I have a brand new computer that is set up on a network. It connects to the server just fine, but the internet won’t work. There are 10 other brand new computers with the same exact settings and on the same network and they are working just fine.This one has the same network settings and everything, but no internet. I checked the settings for internet connections, and they are all set for the lan, but still nothing. I made all settings identical to the others that are working, but that also did no good! Any suggestions?
