I writing because for the past 2 weeks or so I have been recieving perodic error messages mainly when trying to download certian programs from zdnet(using both internet explore and netscape) as well as when trying to use peer to peer sharing services such as Napster, Limewire, and imesh. The errors occured in a dll called newdotnet2 and I also saved the other error log which stated Windows 98 Version 4.10.1998

The things I’ve tried were uninstalling and reinstalling the affected programs, updating all programs and software running norton scans. Nothing seems to solve the problems. Any help in solving these problems will be greatly appreciated.
