Invalid page fault, QBooks/AOL

Working with a system that has QuickBooks 2000, an invalid page fault always pops up after being online for a couple of minutes. The program causing the problem is qdbagent (quickbooks delivery agent). The problem persists after having removed the dilivery agent from the startup group. Is there any way to get rid of this menace without totally uninstalling quickbooks?
