Iomagic DVD 8X

I have a Iomagic MagicDVD 8x drive. When installed in a Windows 98 machine, it will only play the first two chapters on a DVD. Iomagic says the problem is the discs. I have tried multiple discs and have the same problem. I am building another 98machine to try it on. Will not work on Windows 2000.
