To whom it may concern:
I am trying to setup a new user on our network and I am having massive problems. I have tried everything and I have almost given up. We got a new computer in and I just wanted to set it up on the network, but I keep getting the message that this IP address is already reserved and the internal something is now disabled. I didn’t do anything different that usual when setting up this user. The OS in NT. This is the first problem I’ve run into when setting up users because I have been doing it for about 5 months now and I haven’t had any problems on any OS (95/98/NT) Anyway, I uninstalled everything and reinstalled it and I’m getting the same message. I did run a test on the card (which is built in to the motherboard) and the loopback test failed. PLEASE HELP!!!
