IPCONFIG batch file

I often lose my connection to the Internet through my Linksys Router. I can get it back quickly by going to a command prompt and typing “IPCONFIG/RELEASE”, waiting until the release(about 5 seconds). And then “IPCONFIG/RENEW”.
My question is – is there a short program I can write or that may already exsist the will do this for me from an Icon on my desk top?
I use Win XP
