The above list is what is happening with my PC runs Win98SE,and i have internal modem,camera(USB),scanner(USB,mouse(PS/2),keyboard,printer.
It has Intel 810 onboard chip,1HDD,1DVD player,1floppy,128 SDRAM,CELERON 656
The microphone as soon as the modem dials out,records something that seem to be playing in double the normal speed.The result is i can not use the mic to speak to people in Netmeeting,or any other software that offers internet phone capabilities.
When i am off line,the mic records normally.
