IRQ_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL – MEMORY DUMP??

Just got Windows 2000 and I have gotten this error twice now. “IRQ not less or equal. Beginning dump of physical memory”. Microsoft seems to know nothing about how to fix it. Anyone got any ideas?
