Just bought an 80gb WD 7200 Hard Drive a few weeks ago and all was going well until I starting to hear a bad vibrating noise during bootup from with the case and I thought it was just my fans on my Hard Drive Cooler rubbing on the grill. I finally got tired of the noise tonight and decided and I would take it apart to adjust everything. When I did so I went to boot it all back up and the pc failed to find my H/D(H/D light stayed solid on the case). I pulled it all out changed everything put it back in and still the same. Slaved it to my server and no luck either. Tried to run WD Diagnostics and it failed to find the drive at all. Is it completely dead and ready to be sent back for an exchange or is there something else I can try first. Thanks.
