Is my motherboard toast?

I’m working on rebuilding one of our servers here at work, and I’ve got a motherboard with a problem. It’s an older Intel 440LX, running two PII 333s, with 96MB of RAM.
My problem is that I’m getting no video signal. I’ve tried multiple video cards (AGP and PCI), unplugging everything but the video card (to avoid hardware conflicts), clearing the CMOS and even a BIOS recovery program.
The only thing I can think of is that perhaps my power supply is underpowering the board, but would that make a difference? Please help!
