Is Wireless Worth Buying?

Just thought that you would be the people to ask. Do you think that buying a Palm Pilot or a Wireless compuer is worth purchasing? Which would you recommend? My friend convinces me that I shouldn’t buy one because like computers, it keeps on changing. What do you think?
