KEBUGCHECK ERROR

Laptop running Win98. When left stationary for half an hour(estimated)the blue screen of death appears with the following message.

“KEBUGCHECK : called by c002bde0
Error code is 40

System Halted”

I have made sure that all power settings are set to never.
