kernal_data_inpage_error

don’t know how, it started, but my pc will shut down evey so often and come up with a blue screen before that says “kernal_data_inpage_error” then give me a few tips to try like removing hardware, that was easy i didn’t install any, then it said remove any new software i did, no change then i formatted and reinstall xp but i still get this message. said something about atapi.sys and win32k.sys……. what should i do? if i replace the files will that help….. ?? i don’t know i neeed help !
