Killer green pickett fence

I have a nice “typical” Caliber Corp 350 pentium computer running Win98
Downloaded WinfaxPro from there web site

Now when I double click the ‘exe’ file to install, I get a killer green picket fence pattern across the top of the screen and everything freezes, including CTRL_ALT_DEL reboot. Ever seen this ?
