Laplink Gold 11.0

Has anyone had good success in getting the USB connection working in a short period of time. I think they released it too soon – wrote a convoluted release on how to fix any problems you might have. Saves on programming, I guess. When I submittedmy problem they suggested I buy version 11.0. That was the release I was using.
