Laserjet printing problems

We have a laserjet 2100 that is networked using an Intel netport print server. The printer does fine through all the machines except for the one NT workstation we have in that group. It seems when you try to print anything from that workstation to that laserjet you must first press the start button on the printer before it will print the page. I have seen this problem before. However, the problem cannot be solved the same way with NT.
