.:Linksys driver problem

I have a Compaq 1200XL300 with ME Edition.
I’m installing a Linksys Etherfast 10/100
(PCMPC100) PC Card but am having some trouble. I have installed the drivers provided by Linksys on there page. I get as
far as file “pc100nd5.sys” and that file is
nowhere to be found. I’ve searched my computer and the Windows ME CD… I hear this
doesn’t exist at all. I have searched all over the web and am now desperate for the correct drivers. Has anybody else been through this? Please tell me how you resolved this if you have. I have written Linksys but have no faith in there Tech Support.
