Linksys router and Netgear Hub setup

Does anyone know how to correctly setup a linksys 4 port router with a Netgear 4 port hub?
-Currently, i have a small network at home running Win2k on all machines and utilizing DHCP. Unfortunately, they are unable to connect to the linksys 192.168.1.1 website that they prefer after the hardware setup. I have went through the the linksys manual and website thoroughly and have followed all the necessary steps, but i am still unable to connect.
– The only way that the machines can connect to the website or even see the router, is to disconnect the hub and connect the CAT5 cables directly from the PC’s to the router itself. However, i don’t want to do that because i still want to utilize my network. Please help….
