Location of CD-Rom drivers in Win 95

I’m trying to install a new hardrive on Toshiba 315 laptop. I have an internal CD-Rom and I need to make a startup disk. I need to know which folder the driver is in. I looked at Toshiba site and there wasn’t and drivers on the site. I need thisby tonight.
