Lockups, abrupt slowdown on Windows 9x

Over a period of time I have observed on Client’s workstations, 95track appears on the task bar.
Whenever this happens the computer runs glaringly slow and eventually grinds to halt.
This has me baffled and I have 90+ Clients screaming murder.

Have anyone experienced this?
