Log on and password Issue!

I have an issue with internet access. I am able to enter my User id and pw for my local ISP the computer connects to my isp but right after it verifies my user id and password I get prompted to log on an enter in a password. i know it’s a windows thing but how can i by pass this or get rid of it. After this i select cancel i get kicked off the internet I’ve tried numerous words and nothing is working for my windows log on and password. If anyone can please assists me with this issue it’s greatly appreciated. Thank you.
