Looking for opinions

Hi,
I was not really sure what topic to put this under.
I’m looking to buy a computer system for my home.Not looking to spend more than $900.00.I went to the sony site and saw the following specs:
pent 4,1.50 ghz,256 mb,cd-rw drive,rom drive 16x max,60gb hard drive, xp home edition, corel and 1 yr warranty… Just trying to get the most for the money.. Let me know what you think… Thanks
