Loosing Outlook profile

My users user PST and PAB files that they need to be set when they open Outlook. When my users move from one PC to another their Outlook profile is renamed to a backup name and a new one recreated with the incorrect settings.

I am using roamingprofiles, and thought this setting should follow the user. Sometimes my users may have a dozen back profiles from where they moved so many times.

What can I do to make the Outlook profile follow the user from PC to PC? What would be the simplist solution to fix multiple users?
