Loss of MPU401 Sound Board on W2K

I recently bought a P4 1.4 Ghz Fujitsu Siememns which came with WinME loaded. It has a MPU401 Sound Board and was working fine. I then upgraded to W2K and lost the Sound! I’ve tried finding a suitable W2K Driver but seem to have drawn a blank. Every download I get from MS either goes in but I get “cannot start” on the troubleshooter or it doesn’t download correctly. Am I missing anything? Oh and if you can point me to a source of the correct driver I’d appreciate it immensely.
