Lotus Organizer

I have a user using Lotus Organizer. She says that she lost all of her information on her Lotus planner. All other information is fine. She just lost all of her entries for Lotus Planner. Does anyone have any suggestions. She says everything was ok on Friday but on Monday the information was gone.
