LotusNotes Database to CD

I have a Lotus Notes archive database which has private folders. I would like
to be able to put the Database to CD ROM and retain the folder views. I
successfully created a CD and retained the shared folder views using
instructions provided by TechRepublic’s email newsletter. 1. Is there someway
to have the private folder views show up once transferred to CD? or 2. Is there a
quick method for converting private folders to shared folders?
