LPT2 cards under Win2k, problems.

I have used two different Parallel cards (Dolphinfast 4014 & Intek21) I have had the same problems with both in that when I am logged in under Admin…everything works GREAT!…under any other user profile NADA!! can’t do a test printer pager or anything. Tried adding the user under the computer management console and giving the user full rights to the local system, but that did not even work. The wierdest thing is at times instead of printing to the printer it would just send garbage data over the network to another printer. HELP!! this is driving me nutz…I am sure its a permissions thing in 2k, but where?
