Mac/Adobe PS printing problem

My client is using a Mac OS 8.6. Whenever she tries to print a document, immediately gets the error message ‘AdobePS cannot be used because of an internal error -30596’. This is usually followed by a message advising her to save her work and restarther computer. I need to know why this is happening and plain instructions how to fix it.
