Macintosh DCHP Client ID

I have yet to work on a mac, and I have a customer who is running OS9. He is having a problem locating the DCHP client ID field under the Control Panel. I had him look under TCP/IP and he is unable to locate even where to add this option, or whereelse it may be located.
