Mail formatter

I have just made a webpage which has a form which is sent to my mailbox when you press submit. when i open it up it has lost of code mixed with readable text. My friend had the same problem and solved it using a mail 2 formatter (i think) called cookit. Unfortunately he has forgotten where he downloaded it from. i would be grateful if anyone knows a website whee i can obtain this
