Memory Dump when changing Page Setup

I have a Win NT 4.0 workstation that uses outlook for calendar information. when the user tries to change the page setup to print the calendars in portrait vs. landscape, she immediately gets a blue screen which states a memory dump is in progress.

error code 0x00000050

I’ve used the latest service pack but it doesn’t change anything.

Any suggestions?
