Memory Leak?

I have this computer that is contantly needs to be re-booted. It can be re-booted last thing during the day, and the next morning first thing, will need to be re-booted again. I have Rampage running on it, so I can see that the memory has dropped tremendously, when nothing has been run or opened on it. The only other thing I can think of is that maybe Norton is causing this? Any ideas?
