memory problems

I have by a pc133 256Mb SD/CL3 from TwinMos and when I install it on my Toshiba Satellite Pro 4300 celeron 700 MHz 64Mb Ram windows 98 booting the system it gives me this error : invalide vxd dinamic call connection.
When booting on safety : HIMEN.SYS detected a not trustworthy xms memory at the adress 04002160 xms controler not installed.
