Memory resources go to zero when Winfaxi

A PC running Winfax 10 through Winfax Pro sharing (it sends fax files to a PC running as a fax server) bogs down to zero memory, given enough faxes. I upped its memory to 192MB, and it still runs through memory.

Symantec has zero suggestions online. I also tried rmoving most resident programs and still it bogged. Any suggestions what to look at next?
