Message after reinstalling software.

> I have a:
> – Packard Bell
> – Pentium III
> – Windows 98 second edition.
> – 258 mb RAM

After reinstalling the software a window pops up saying:
Deleting c:\cabs

This happens everytime including when I reinstall Windows.

Is this anything wrong??????
