Microsoft Access –

I am networking two computers, peer to peer both running windows 98, MS Access has multiple license seats. How do I structure so each user can you the access data base, storing new data for existing clients and is updated on each computer each day? Mapping a drive would only give the second user access to the data base on the one PC acting as a server. Would I then setup backup to backup both drives with same data overnight? If that is the case where would this setup be? It would be benefical if both computers had same data at all times, then they would both rum at maximum speed, correct? Need your help, thanks.
