Microsoft class action suit

Is it true that folks are getting on the bandwagon for a potential lawsuit against MS for the many problems with Win 98??
I can believe it…literally everyone I’ve talked to has had multiple problems with the OS (incl myself) and the patches don’tseem to resolve all issues.
